ArcGIS for Desktop
ArcGIS for Desktop is the platform for creating, editing, and analyzing geographic knowledge to examine relationships, test predictions, and ultimately make better decisions. ArcGIS for Desktop has three license levels—Basic, Standard, and Advanced—that share the same core applications, user interface, and development environment. Each license level provides additional GIS functionality as you move from Basic to Standard to Advanced.
ArcGIS for Server
ArcGIS for Server is used to deliver and manage GIS, map, image, and data services across the enterprise and the web. ArcGIS for Server has three editions: Basic, Standard, and Advanced. Each edition is available at two levels: Workgroup and Enterprise.
ArcGIS for Smartphones and Tablets
ArcGIS for Smartphones and Tablets leverages mobile capabilities into your existing enterprise GIS workflows to extend the reach of your GIS. Navigate maps, collect and edit data, and perform GIS analysis using the ArcGIS application and API for Apple iOS, Google Android, and Microsoft Windows Phone devices.
ArcGIS Online
ArcGIS Online is a cloud-based geospatial content management system for creating, storing and managing maps, data, and other geospatial information. Built on Esri's cloud infrastructure, it gives you access to geographic content shared and registered by Esri and GIS users around the world.
